I'm with the view they created 38900 to explain 38792. We used to use 38792 to the injection from the blue dye and/or radioactive tracers. It looks like They are really expressing the injection of blue dye isn't going to really incorporate Substantially added risk to just what the Dr is intending on performing(excision, mapping, biopsy). 38900 "pro
